Roadmap & Utility

Community Wallet
The community wallet is used to fund things like contest prizes and other items to ensure the longevity of the project. As a Lazy Lions holder, you gain access to exclusive giveaways and contests.

ROARwards
As a Lazy Lions NFT holder, you will receive monthly rewards, also known as “ROARwards“. This program rewards holders for community engagement. To receive ROARwards you must meet at least 3 of the following 4 requirements:

• Your Twitter profile picture must be a Lazy Lion
• There should be a 🦁 emoji in your Twitter bio
• A Lazy Bungalow must be featured as your Twitter banner
• Have Diamond Paws role in the Lazy Lions Discord

Holders will begin receiving a 50% additional bonus on ROARwards payouts if they meet all four requirements throughout January and February. The initial check will begin on January 14th and the additional rewards will be handed out in February and March. Check out one of the Lazy Lions’ weekly updates to learn more.

Currently, ROARwards are distributed from 2% of the monthly revenue in ETH on a monthly basis. Your share of the rewards depends on the number of Lazy Lions you own. For example, if holders receive 0.018 per lion and you own 6 lions, you would receive 0.108 ETH.

In order to receive your ROARwards, you must connect your Ethereum address to https://roarwards.lazylionsnft.com/ and meet the current requirements. Any rewards that are not claimed are deposited into the community wallet.

Lazy Bungalows
For each lion that a person holds, they received a free + gas Lazy Bungalow in late September 2021. Just like the Lazy Lions themselves, Lazy Bungalows are a set of unique and randomly generated NFTs. Lazy Lions holders are encouraged to use these bungalow images as their Twitter header banners.

Exclusive Lazy Lions Merch
Lazy Lion’s holders were able to order their first set of merch on December 26. Lions with select traits will also receive FREE merch in the future. For example, holders of lions with the Lazy Hat trait received free hats.

Play-to-Earn Game
An exclusive Lazy Lions game will be released and it will include community prizes. Date TBD.

Coinbase NFT Partnership
Lazy Lions has been announced as a launch partner of Coinbase NFT’s upcoming marketplace.

Community

Unmatched Twitter Presence & Engagement
Now, this isn’t part of the roadmap and certainly isn’t an added benefit outlined as part of the Lazy Lions utility but it is worth noting. When you become a part of the Lazy Lions Pride, you become part of a group of Twitter users who ROAR together and, in most cases, follow each other back. Many Lazy Lions holders have attributed their quick social media growth and increased engagement to owning a lion.

Building Quite the Reputation
With such an enthusiastic and boisterous community, it’s no surprise that the Lazy Lions have caught the attention of some pretty key players in the NFT space. From Punks to Apes to professional athletes and even the Coinbase NFT Twitter account, the Lazy Lions are certainly making a name for themselves.

Active, Inclusive & Supportive
The Lazy Lions community is filled with enthusiasm, pride and positivity. Spend just a few minutes in their Discord (currently consisting of over 150K members!) and you’ll quickly feel right at home. Lions are a welcoming bunch and often spend time answering questions and running educational Twitter Spaces for the NFT space in general.

All are welcome in the Pride – no matter your age, gender or ethnicity. Kings often refer to female lion holders as “Queens” and locker room talk is not tolerated in their Discord. The Lazy Lions mods work hard to keep the space safe and welcoming for everyone.
